I'm already on rdio. From what I've seen the selection is more or less the same, never run into anything on Spotify I couldn't find on rdio.

I feel like the new premium users only is a way to pad their user stats. I was thinking of making a new account just to take advantage of the promo. Pretty lame rule for the promo.

Jumped on it and my wife is now a huge Spotify fan! We love being able to see what the other is listening to and also share with each other on the fly. Not to mention saving space on our phones since we only have 16 gigs on our phones. Also music discovery is fantastic!

i just had a match where my teammates would actively RUN from any and all engagements. wtf.

edit: yup, wrong thread

You didn't prepay three in advance so I'm assuming the answer to your question is no.

You'd just have access for the remainder of the month that you paid for.

How is that? If he paid $1 he did pay 3 months in advance. Unless something changed.

Bumping this.

The deal is back. I'm assuming this doesn't stack?

Getting in on those Tidal free trial users, I see.

I'll give my endorsement to Spotify. I haven't had the need to buy music since starting Spotify mid-last year, and a subscription at full price is the cost of one album or even less.

First time using a service like this. I like it. All that Jazz...

Also Tidal really should have done something like this to entice people to sign up.

I've never looked into paid music streaming services (I own most of the music I like). What's the main difference between Spotify premium vs free?

$0.65 in Brazil for three months. I caved in.

If you're using on a PC or Mac, it only removes the ads and enables 320kpbs. Not much, really.

If you're using it on mobile, however, it also adds support for downloading tracks/albuns/playlists for listening offline and removes the mobile-only limitations where you can only listen in shuffle mode and can only skip tracks 6 times per hour.
