What kind of Live functionality is available for Gauntlet and SmashTV for 360? Is it coop and leaderboard features?

I wish I would've bought Gauntlet instead of SmashTV. SmashTV is just a brainless quarter muncher, and Gauntlet supports 4 players. I beat the game on Co-Op and I never got the Co-Op or Co-Op Master achievements.

Do most of the XBL Arcade games work over Live? If so, I'll pickup some MS points to buy Gauntlet and SmashTV.
