3DS Streetpass Experiences

Got my 50th streetpass Mii yesterday, and now the Mii Plaza music changed to have a trumpet lead or something. Weird.
Bringing my 3DS to the Bethesda event yielded quite a few passes and I'm only missing like five puzzle pieces across all seven boards!

I haven't gotten any hits in weeks, and I cannot connect to any of my friends 3DS' (and they cannot connect to mine.) My friend and his GF StreetPass multiple times a day, but my other friend and his boyfriend haven't been able to StreetPass at all for a long time with each other.
I am going to hit the Mall Friday on my day off to see if I can StreetPass with anyone there, in case it's a problem with my 3DS.

Finally got my first streetpass yesterday.
I'm a little surprised it took so long, but I also don't live on campus and am not there every day. It made me realize I hadn't edited my profile.
Is the Mii I got able to be used everyday in Find Mii and does it level up?

When you complete all your started puzzles (for example I actually have 2 finished, and only one piece remaining on the third one), does the game automatically give you a new puzzle to start, or will I be stuck to 3 completed puzzles until I Streetpass someone with a different 4th one?

I got 2 on Monday and 2 more today for a grand total of 5! Man, that Hori hard case must have been blocking the wireless signal.
Making some real progress in Find Me, only 2 and a half rooms left. I've been passing pretty consistently with 1 guy, so he was level 6 on the last pass. Thank you Dowens, whoever you may be.
Also, got 5 puzzles, with the Pikmin filled. Will it still assign pieces randomly to puzzles you've completed? It hasn't happened yet, so I'm curious.

I finally got another puzzle! I started out with the Legend of Zelda one and had that completed for a while, but then today I got a StreetPass hit with someone with a Metroid: Other M puzzle, so that's awesome. I'm definitely loving StreetPass, so far I've done it with 9 different people, all either on campus or in one case today, at GameStop.

Strange, had a sound streetpass but nothing else showing up. Damn, still stuck on 2 streetpasses.

Nintendo France is organizing a contest to win an E3 trip.
You need to collect 100 differents Miis with StreetPass and then send a picture of your Mii Plaza. If you are in the first 15 people, you will need to send your system to Nintendo for verification.
It seems to be a Nintendo France only contest (and not NoE). And it seems impossible to me to collect such a high number of differents Miis - in France! Plus, we are 21th, April. E3 is 7th, June. Winners will need passeports, and others many administration formalities to enter the US territory... This sounds like a huge fail-contest!

I'm pretty sure my StreetPass settings are busted. I haven't connected to anyone in 8 days, when I've been around multiple 3DS that can tag each other, and I've been play places I should have got a tag (Gamestop where I know the guys have 3DS, mostly) and still nothing.
I'm thinking of doing a system format, does anyone know if that will change my Friend Code?

I had a friend with me for a few days who wanted to see NYC, so I took my 3DS with me. Got 7 hits when we went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (including one guy from Paris). I take it the next day when we're in Time Square, and hitting all the stores like midtown comics, toys r us, Nintendo World Store, FAO Schwartz and got 1 hit.......

Myself, been wandering Princeton every week or so and getting a couple people each time. There is a StreetPass event at the Panera there next month.

There is now a Facebook Group for Streetpass Vienna. The first meeting was rather small with only 3 guys, but considering that I barely managed to meet 10 people up so far, makes that Group a blessing.
Hopefully more people will show up at the next meet up.
