I am from a third world country, my WiiU NNID is set for the US. but I have been using the Canadian Eshop on my 3DS, what is t he best way to proceed here, should I Use my NNID from the WiiU or create another, I do use Club Nintendo but do not know if this will affect it.

Yeah you should have used a cannadian nnid for the wii u in the first place. Do you have any digital downloads on the wiiu? you may want to start using a new canadian id or just get the us one and use prepaid cards

If you can, change your NNID to Canada. If not, create a new one in Canada for your 3DS.

All they need to do is add that game's community. There's already older games on there like SM3DL and MK7.

Not every game community gives the option. For example, you can't post X/Y screenshots (including the in-game photos).
