That woman was laughing off fact that she just killed other sniper via headshot and somehow after the fact bullet still was fired after he got shot (probably due to death twitch).
It is not being unstable but experience and being accustomed to life where she lives.

And i live in country that went from 3rd/2nd world to 1st world in my life time (and i am not that old). It is hilarious to watch young people now such pussies they can't handle fish when i with my grandfather usually spend few days preparing pork from farm for christmass where i had to personally slit throat of pigs when i was like 10 and i found nothing wrong with it and it was fun to make sausages with grandfather.
