Lip syncing is amazing. Facial animation? Not so much. Reminds me of the "celebrity via satelltie" bits on Conan O'Brien where you just see a moving mouth pasted onto a static photo.

Good stuff. The lip syncing really is astounding but the facial animations are just okay, and the movement isn't all that great either.
