Abercrombie & Fitch Refuses To Make Clothes For Large Women

I think the biggest size for mens jeans is 36, so that is not very big at all. I have a couple pairs of size 34 and they fit slightly loose on my waist, but for the most part their clothes do run on the smaller size.

Probably still looks better than that tiger shirt posted earlier.
um please do not denigrate the beauty of the d&g tiger fucking tee. it is legendary status. only true alpha ballers have what it takes to don such magnificence.

that "shirt" positions me as a chinese alpha male. a beta man like you couldn't possibly understand the underlying complexities of such a system.
this answer is much better than mine. you must own said shirt, as you are clearly of a superior quality.

Some of the Abercrombie button-ups and jackets are pretty nice. I would only buy something I can remove the branding on though. I have a seam ripper I use only for that purpose.

Anybody see this video yet?

Guy sets out to change Abercrombie & Fitch's brand by clothing the homeless with thier product.

2 million views in two days. I see this blowing up. They better step it into serious damage control mode, and fast.

Giving credence to the video would do them more long term harm than forgetting about it. People have really, really short term memories.

Abercrombie and Fitch has built an empire on catering to a special type of douchebag. To change that in the face of a few videos will leave them reeling worse than Gap, Old Navy and all the other brands that straddle the lines between douchebag and boring.

It is in their right to manufacture whatever they want for the body type they want.

I've never been a person to label brands for being for a certain type of person in terms of attitude. I don't think it is fair to say everyone who wears AF is a douchey, high school, self centered asshole. When I first went to an AF location I simply couldn't find anything I liked. Still can't find a shirt at Hollister that is good for me either.

It is obvious that certain brands cater to people they want to cater to. It is obvious that Polo is into the old boys club sporty wealthy university youth. Nautica, the 30-50 expensive adventure man. And so on.

I don't get the $30 is expensive for a T-Shirt thing. $30 is pretty stock from The Gap to American Eagle to Point Zero. Guess idles at $40, and there is a brand that is completely obvious who they want wearing their clothes.

I'm 5'8" and I had to hit 160lbs before anything at Esprit fit me. You want a clothing line to be for a narrow audience, there you go. I think that The Gap and its subsidiaries is one of the few brands that doesn't really care who buys and wears their clothes and as a result they have very stock vanilla designs. Fine for me as most of everything I wear is Gap and American Eagle.

The only thing I don't like about A&F (their stores anyway), is the smell and music. Seriously, impossible to breathe and the crap they play over the stereo (which happens to be a bit too loud) is well... crap. Other than that, whatever. Folks need to grow up... who the fuck cares, buy your stuff elsewhere (like me). They aren't the only nor the first to target a specific demographic. Bigger battles, fish to fry, etc.

A&F is the fakest fake shit ever. And to top that, the stuff is so boring. I mean it's not even really tacky. Even Ed Hardy is realer than this crap.

Won't buy.

Sure enough I LOVE this

Too bad I don't know a single soul who ever bought A&F.

On topic though: What brand produces clothes for large people? I mean I know there are dedicated brands but does any of your Ralph Laurens, Hilfigers etc. produce large clothes?

PME has clothing sizes that are too big for me and I'm 110 kg 204cm.

What is PME?

BTW, to make my point clearer: A&F has a shit attitude but to call them out for this is kinda hypocritical because it's absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.
