I couldn't find any mods to contact.

This isn't a gripe with anyone on the forum or the way that it's managed, I think it's an excellent forum.

I've found that I'm spending far too much time on here and it's become what I'm realising to be a very unhealthy addiction.

I'm finding myself too often autopiloting onto this forum and getting into debates when I should be doing other things. I think I'll struggle to deal with by simply logging out so I'd much prefer my account be deleted/banned/whatever.

Anyway, no hard feelings, all the best to everyone

No man, it's really not so hard. Plenty of other things to do than post on gaf all day. I am on here throughout the day, but not all day. I got plenty of other things to do, but I check in quickly during the day and then go about my business again.

Moderation in all things is what's important. It would be sad so to see him go.

Why can't people just not post? Hell, I rarely post here in my own right.

A non-permanent ban for a month or so would be a better solution for something like this, IMO. Might be enough time to clear your brain and then be able to only post casually.
