The corruption that exists in Africa doesnt exist in a vacuum. Europeans helped killed & undermined the ideologues that wanted to drain the swamp of corruption & they propped up corrupt goons that would keep the markets open to exploitation from European powers.
Just remember, a strong, independent Africa is not in the interest of foreign powers that want to bleed the continent dry & are happy to back thugs that will facilitate that process.

Not only that it will also shift the power balance making Europe and even America practically less important on the world stage.

The list of African presidents and activists that have been removed from power through all sorts of means that you often think how could mankind be so cruel. The list is very long ranging from Biko to Cabral. And these guys were even lightweight compared to the likes of Nkrumah and Lumumba.

Hahahahahaha this situation is not unique to Tanganyika alone. It's the blueprint in every African country. Each and everyone of them are the same whether be it Francophone Africa or the rest.

100% correct. Here's another case of ghost workers in Africa:

Mobility in Africa should be easier, but I think I'm being reasonable when I say that stamping out corruption should take precedence over increased migration. It's not surprising that the African Union aren't making significant reduction of corruption their primary goal; it wouldn't be a shock to learn that the majority of AU members have bank accounts they shouldn't have. However, if the entire point of the African Union and their Agenda 2063 initiative is to learn from the past and present mistakes of Africa in order to create a great future for Africa, then the biggest past and present mistake (corrupt governance) not being the issue of the day tells me that Agenda 2063 will fail.
