After being up in the morning it's so nice to be able to go back to bed and just have an afternoon nap on the weekends. I'm about to have one now.

I take naps all the time. It's wonderful. When I'm on vacation my sleeping hours are all over the place. It's glorious.

I sometime partake in them, but I hate them with a passion.
I only do it when my body says that I have to.

There is nothing more infuriating than taking a nap when the sun is up and waking up in complete darkness.

I hate winter months

I only need an afternoon nap when I have carb-heavy lunch. Then I nap for about 15 mins around an hour after eating and I'm good to go well into the evening.

Drop the kids off to school. Come home 30 min nap on the couch/Sofa/Settee with a nice throw blanket. Wake up go about the rest of my day.

I take a 20 minute nap after work each day, it is enough to not feel tired and I don't do 30 minutes or more, cause then I would be more groggy than before.

My dog naps with me for an hour after work every day.

It's become the best part of my day. Waking up at 5, sometimes I'm like OMG I'm late for work! Then I realize it's just that same evening. It's great.

For people who say naps don't work, you have to make it a part of your routine. That drowsy feeling goes away after like 2 minutes. Then it's like all this extra energy.

I wish I was Spanish so I could take a paid nap during my work day. Damn American work days!!!

I love naps unless I linger too long and wake up not knowing what the hell is going on. :P But a nice 20-30 minutes is such a great feeling.
