Alcohol or Caffeine?

Caffeine gives me instant diarrhea and it dehydrates me. Alcohol dehydrates me and makes me depressed AND makes me eat my entire fridge... For about 1-2 weeks.

Neither.

Caffeine for sure. Soda is so amazing!

Alcohol is great for social situations. I used to drink at home by myself, but I never do that anymore.

Both at the same time. I miss Four Loko and Sparx back when they had alcohol and caffeine in them. Those were some amazing nights.

These days I tend to avoid having any devices in my home to make coffee, because I know I'll go overboard. Generally I'll get a nitro, cold espresso, or americano with three shots in it. I love the hyperness, the shaking, and the hallucinating I get from doing too much caffeine.

Alcohol is more of a social thing. If someone buys me one or shares their beer, I'm happy enough with that because it takes the edge off.

Caffeine absolutely lol. Working at a Cafe makes it really easy lol. Plus I love coffee.

Once I finish there, I plan to have a caffeine break for 3 weeks. I usually do this once or twice a year because at a point I feel my body actually asks me to consume it.

Caffeine is part of my daily routine, so that. I suppose I could live without it, though.
I'm fine with alcohol (as long as it's not about getting drunk), but I can spend months without drinking a single drop of it. It's only part of social protocol for me.

Probably caffeine but I only drink tea like an English gent. Three cups a day. Never drink beer. Prefer the odd glass of wine instead.

Neither.
I don't drink alcohol and I don't drink coffee. The taste of both is horrible.
I don't drink tea either. Tastes awful too.

Sugar is my drug.

I drink neither. I am very judgemental of people who can't go throughout their day without constantly consuming coffee. There's something seriously wrong if you need caffeine to function. Alcohol is just gross to me. I have never had an alcoholic drink that actually tastes good. And the "learn to drink it" argument is just the stupidest thing ever.

You must be a blast at parties.

I simply cannot function in the morning until I get some caffeine into my body. Gave up alcohol years ago when a hangover started lasting into a second day. Body getting older, it stucks.

I consume low amount of caffeine sometimes (e.g. I drink a glass of Cola sometimes and if my grandmother really insists on it also a cup of coffee), but not regularly. I never drank any alcohol beyond what's naturally in apple juice. So... caffeine I guess? I could well do without it, though.

Caffeine in my Dew which I refuse to give up. Alcohol for social situations only but even that I'd like to stop. I started to have a drinking problem and even keeping it to weekends still gives me cravings the following day.

Caffeine for sure. I drink astronomical amounts of tea during the week. But I do enjoy alcohol much more. Have a crate beside me right now in fact, friday feeling (:

coffee for me, used to be alcohol some years ago though

now i was really bad with coffee, i used to drink 2 or 3 coffee smoothies daily lol

since last year i only drink a cup of coffee daily at most

I drink coffee every day and only drink alochol on weekends.

But I'd rather give up coffee than beer.

Why not both? coffee in the morning alcohol in the evening. Although, coffee with bailey's or Irish cream is nice in the morning.

Alcohol is toxic and tastes terrible.

So caffeine. Though I try to have as minimal as possible. I tried to quit, but it helps so much on a bad day. Trouble is, that can easily become every day if I feel even slightly tired and I usually do thanks to thyroid issues.

Also I love the taste of energy drinks and tea.

Both! Vodka and Red bull!

Caffeine has 0 effect on me but I do like my cups of tea and the odd energy drink but I don't drink for the stimulation effects because there is none.

I don't drink often but it obviously has a nice effect in moderation, so it's kinda the opposite I rarely drink alcohol for the taste but for the buzz.

I am an avid consumer of both. Caffeine in the morning and alcohol at night (but not every night ha ha). I really need to curb one or the other...

I despise coffee and don't really drink much alcohol lately.

I'd go with alcohol tho.

But then again, I use preworkout which is basically caffeine so...
