Alex Ross drawing a Justice League story he partly came up with is impossible not to pick up.

Decent start so far. The whole

dream sequence

was great and that last image of Supes flying away from

the exploding Earth

with tears rolling down his cheeks was just awesome.

And we get 12 issues of this!

got his ass kicked first again, despite the fact that Ross and co. have been hyping him as a serious character. Haha.

A shame this title isn't monthly. I was originally going to wait for the TPB or hardcover, but this ended up being so good I'm now getting it in singles.
