Anyone watching? Found it using the play random thing for the first time.

Finished the first 2 ep. Very Gantz inspired.

I very much enjoyed it. Cutthroat pace, lot of fun twists, and nearly every episode is very different from one another. Blazed through it in a few days, curious to see where it goes in the already announced season 2.

I agree, it's very Gantz inspired. I had fun watching it, and some of the things that happen in the story surprised me, but in the end the feeling that it's just a Gantz inspired story set in a kind of post-apocalyptic world never left me.

I mean, Gantz's plot had a lot of problems, but it was very original as far as I remember (at least in the context of manga).

It doesn't make a lot of sense but it was a fun watch.

Im triggered though that they had a delicious cis girl play a trans character :p

Got 1 ep left. Felt more interesting before it went full on YA novel Hunger Games though. I take back the Gantz comparison.

Show is pretty interesting, as many have said it seems inspired somewhat by Gantz but mixed with something like Liar Game or maybe Kaiji. The first half is better than the second half, the beach arc kind of drags on and some of the character motivations/actions become a bit silly but overall a good first season and I'm excited to see where it goes in season 2.

It started out great but quickly turned into typical Japan live action anime adaptation cheesy-ness. Expected something more rooted.

Posting the trailer might prove useful op

This looks interesting i will download it today and watch during the week

Will add to OP, thanks.

Very solid until the end, it needed an extra episode or two in order to develop characters who are introduced late in the season. Still a fun show regardless I'd give it 8.5/10.

Just finished it tonight, was surprisingly decent and going fast with all the twists, certainly didn't expect episode 3 to go that way.

I read the title and I quickly thought about Alice on Borderlines, an old PSOne FMV game.

Gantz was a pretty mediocre manga, except for the central part, that was interesting.

Episode 7, wow. This is the first live action adaptation of a manga/anime that I've enjoyed this much.
