All hail Knack

Pfft, pretenders.

I was exalting Knack's virtues from day one.

Know all I see are pretenders and sycophants jumping on the bandwagon.

Disgusting.

Most popular platformer of the generation!

soo good.

I mean god damn

You can't fool me. You have to wear a knack avatar because you lost a bet and now you're trying to convince everyone that knack is awesome in order to save face!

Well done.

For some reason this was 30€ on Amazon.es for weeks and now it's back to 54€ even when Second Son and Killzone are still selling for 30€. The thirst for Knack is real.

I thoroughly loved this game so much....enough to get a Platinum. Except for the diamond drops, this game is a lot of fun and I enjoyed every second of it. The whole game felt like a Pixar movie.

Part of me hopes that in Knack 2 there's a top down shmup section with Dr Vargas' plane. I would also
love to play as Ryder too and have Knack, Dr Vargas, Lucas & Ryder in four player co op mode and they each have their own abilities and relics do different things for them as well.
And not to make Bayonetta comparisons, but I hope they recast the game as a virtual homage to every Sony-made PlayStation game.

Game was not great but a good game for me. I liked it and i hope sequel to overcome the problems it had with open world and free combat with diversity.

This thread is reminding me of communism, double decker tablets of ecstacy and that scary part of the basement at my old junior high school.

This will be out on PLUS next month, right?

I saw Knack running on the screen in the window of CEX on a busy Dublin street last week. Next to a screen running something Frozen related or the like.

Cultural icons, tbh.

Awesome game. Honestly one of the most enjoyable PS4 games I've played. Considering how cheap it is I would recommend it to anyone who likes platformers, also I would play it on hard since it makes it much more enjoyable.

I really ended up liking Knack and my 4 year old loves him and will still ask to play it a year later. I definitely agree with the detractors that it was a bit shallow but what was there was fun enough. I feel like its most damning problem was that the vast majority of people here and media wrote it off as a joke long before it was ever playable. I never got the feeling that it was trying to sell itself off as some amazing breakthrough of a game, just something that was on the shelf that was appropriate for all audiences. I'd play a sequel with more fleshed out mechanics and features.

EDIT: I will say I don't think his voice matches the character at all.
