So I viewing an order I placed a few days ago, and noticed both items had dropped in price. One, quanitity of ten, dropped by 20 cents a pop, and the other, quantity of two, dropped by $1.76 a pop.
Also, since one of those items I'd ordered twice before in seperate orders within the past 30 days, I was due for three refunds, totaling about $9.
So I call up, give the order numbers one by one, and as she's doing the refunds, after saying "done" for each one, I hit refresh on the order info page, and BAM, my refund information is there instantly.
Yeah, I know, this isn't really amazing, but I still think Amazon rocks. Much better than buy.com where the post office lost an item I ordered, and they [buy.com] don't even have a phone numebr, let alone an 800 one. I'll probably have to end up disputing that with my bank. Ugh.
