Sorry I was hoping people would just believe me. Haha no I was just lazy to upload.
I can't imagine Bowser being rare if he's getting a second version coming out next month, plus the fact he's a rather well-known character in the public's eyes.
Though one could argue Nintendo will probably try to sell through the SSB version of Bowser fast/this month so they can make room for the Super Mario version.
Seems common, but no way to be sure.
Also, what the hell is going on with your Avatar. Why does it lack the amiibo lights?!

All good. I pretty much assumed those four would be delayed amongst all US retailers as they are part of wave 3b in Europe (not Ike though). Just another case of Nintendo NA screwing us!

Just an FYI I sincerely doubt Target is going to have anyone besides Bowser, Toon Link, Sheik, and Rosalina on launch day. Haven checked the system since Sunday, but those were the only ones we had on the way at the time.

It's so frustrating to me how much Best Buy has dropped the ball on Amiibos. I get the 20% discount but it's not even worth it at this point. Their Amiibo selection in store is a joke and pretty much on Wal-mart levels.

So, i just got back from Magfest, no luck with amiibos, and i saw that all hell broke loose with Wave 3 well i was gone. Figures out early, World of Nintendo in NYC is selling a bunch of Wave 3 today, date changes everywhere, Wave 4 still in limbo...
I'm really wondering if i wanna try anymore. I just feel super discouraged with how Wave 3 is going, if i can even get half of the figures in a simple manner.

Got a Toon Link from my local TRU for my son. They had all of the new Amiibo next to the counter in the VG section and it was one of each per customer. They had lots of Bowsers and I got the last Toon Link. The sales guy was hilarious though. Said he had all these old ass dudes coming in all day trying to argue with him, call his manager, demand to call corporate because they wanted to buy everything they had sitting there and they wouldn't let them. Seems at least my local TRU is trying to stop scalpers at least with their in store stuff.

You could tell he hated the stuff. I was with my son so he was excited for him to get it. He said Nintendo was being completely stupid about the amiibo stuff. Said they give them little to no info on releases, how many they are going to get. He said he wished they were half as good as the Skylanders and Infinity people. He said that stuff runs like clockwork and everything is available 90% of the time.
Well. Nothing he said was wrong.

can someone please give an update on Rosalina's Status so far??

This is actually much better than wave 2 was. At least there are dates. Before it was just lets go to the stores every day and call them all day long.

Canadian news: EBGames has apparently started selling wave 3 According to this Reddit thread. Calling my local EBgames to see if they have them in stock.
Yeah and all that on top of the holiday shopping season. This is frustrating, but still nowhere near those levels. Yet, anyway.

Not mine! Asked about both Shulk and King Dedede, said they'll only be getting enough to cover preorders.
Looks like I'll be heading straight to Target on the 1st. Hopefully that other gaffer can pull through for me and get an extra Shulk.

Half of them are probably scalpers. Seriously, the amount people are charging for the Amiibos they picked up yesterday at Nintendo World Store is insane. I was indifferent on scalpers before this, but I can't stand them now.

Just got off the phone with them. They haven't got them yet and won't sell them until the 30th even if they get them in advance. They also told me that some might come in smaller amounts due to delays from the strike. At least I know when I can get my Shulk amiibos.
I seriously wish more stores would impose a limit, even if it was like 2 or 3 per character.
That's good to hear. Still wish other stores would prevent scalpers from buying everything in stock.
