Never saw any Lugi/Diddy/Falcon/Pit though. Some places told me they had a few Diddy/Luigi but they sold out instantly.

THE RUSH!

Been refreshing Gamestop tracker for Pit, and making lots of phone calls, all day with no luck. Closest stores were 15-30 miles away until I refreshed on a whim and saw my local store had received a late shipment.

Called....no answer.

Jumped in the car, raced to the store, considered going straight to the counter, but ran instead to the Amiibo display in back. As I bobbed as weaved between shiftless shoppers and racks of old games I quickly scanned the entire display and there, at the peak, like an angel atop a Christmas tree, was the elusive cherub known as Pit.

Grabbed him, bought him, and drove gleefully home. Keep the faith, amiigos, keep the faith.

Exact same thing down to every detail just happened to me. Last one in the store and only non pre order one they recieved. I can sleep easy tonight.

I finally found a Link amiibo that doesn't have a bent sword. So now all I'm missing are Marth, Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, Peach, and Luigi. I'm importing Marth and Wii Fit Trainer and I really don't think Peach and Luigi are going away any time soon. I just need a Villager somehow.

It's hard to say. Some places got Falcon first. Some got Pit first. 1-2 per Gamestop isn't too great though.

Well, right now I think the rarest is Little Mac, since he is the one that is already out officially everywhere except Wal-Mart, and people seem to be able to hunt down Pit and Falcon if they try hard enough.


But yes, all said and done I think its a safe bet that Pit is going to be the rarest of Wave 2 in the USA.

I can't even find a Luigi for my nephew in Toronto, Zelda is the only wave 2 character I've ever seen. Captain Falcon is a pipe dream, I'm sure.

Also, reddit has reports that the canadian wal-mart has Pit and Captain Falcon in store, go get them CanadaGAF.

So I ordered Marth on Amazon.fr last night but I cancelled it and ended up ordering from amazon.co.jp through a forwarding service, since I didn't want to wait so long. So of course I didn't order him off Nippon Yasan when he was available. Then I get an email that my forwarding order was cancelled, for whatever reason... I hope that NY still has Marth but of course he sold out. So I tried ordering from a different JP seller, but again, cancelled. Just placed another order, this time on Rakuten, now hoping this one actually ships and doesn't get cancelled.
