Is Villager rare in just the US, or Europe also?
Rare in the UK as well, not to the extent that it is in the US but it's still a rare one. Same for Marth and WFT (Kirby is also rare here as well).

i've been buying one to keep packaged, one to use, and several to artfully destroy by a number of means for kicks. i must have at least ten microwaved marth amiibos.
Also, Falcon finally shipped from Amazon last night, so that's cool. Still no word on Pit, but I can only assume that will come in time. Was at a Best Buy today and they had an awfully pitiful selection.

Are you serious? For the average everyman $1,250 is a lot of money to spend on luxuries.
There's also the idea that amiibo might not be figures/statues in the future, but rather collectible NFC cards.

Just received my Captain Falcon from the GameStop order. Came in amazing condition. Here's a pic for anyone worrying about their package(s) and need some reassurance.
Hoping to buy duplicates loose if possible. Theres a few people on Gaf and ebay selling them like that for reasonable prices.

that'd be more than most people could afford even if they stopped all non-amiibo video game related spending.
I basically have unlimited money to spend on luxuries and even I wouldn't do such a thing. Even one of each is overkill. These have virtually no practical use and aren't even fun to physically play with like Skylanders were. I think my daughter spent as much time (or more) playing with the Skylanders toys as playing the actual game.

If you're buying 96 amiibo and are dumb enough to buy all of them at full price, I pity you. GCU and other deals will cut that down by at least 20% if you're smart.

I haven't seen any round recently but really considering getting Link with Xmas funds. Seeing everyone who has Link and Zelda makes me realise how good they look together. I can also use him for Hyrule Warriors but I was just gonna get Toon Link for that since he also looks better. Hmmm...

I saw two Marth amiibo in the Manchester store last weekend and didn't pick one up for the same reason, also because his amiibo looks jank and I don't like Marth. I was considering picking one up the next day and selling it on eBay but they were already gone.

Wonder if they got complaints from collectors over earlier shipments or something. Definitely seems like overkill, definitely not typical packing there haha.

Are you buying him directly from Amazon? Third party sellers probably don't ship worldwide.

Yeah, the only stuff you can get shipped internationally is direct sales from Amazon, regardless of the Amazon you're at. If it's a private or third party seller, Amazon is effectively sold out of that Amiibo and you'll have to look elsewhere.

Not true. Some third-party sellers offer international shipping. Just add them all to your cart and try to checkout and it'll tell you which ones can ship to your address.
Got my villager in from amazon.de! Kinda wish I had grabbed a wii fit trainer or marth as well. Maybe I can snag one another time. Toys r us actually came through with the back up Little Mac I ordered, so we have an extra of him. Maybe I'll be able to trade him for one of those or something else we need one day.
