Wtf, I already have Falcon, im only missing Pit.
Looks awesome.Finally put up my display for amiibo
I bought the shelf and both steps on amazon if anyone is interested. God im in love with them. It was hard opening them but i'm glad now

And it is well known that the 20% applies to amiibos, Skylanders and Infinity.
Really? It's been all over GAF and CAG. It takes 20% off Amiibos, and it stacked with thier B2G1 free Nintendo games working on Amiibo deal (glitch for the first hour or so), so I was able to order all of Wave 2 and 3 for instore pick-up for 3 Amiibos/$21. At a baseline you'll get a better deal than Toys 'R' Us' B1G1 40% off (since TRU charges $1 per Amiibo than anyone else).
This thing pays for itself if you buy a couple games new a year. Well worth it IMO.
I didn't know it worked on Shylanders and Infinity, but that makes sense. It's been a saving grace for me for the Amiibos (basically never paid even retail for all of mine when I average it out).

Well shit. They've never even mentioned it and I guess I missed out on the threads about it or whatever.

That basically means they have place holders there for inventory purposes, but since all the stores are sold out it's kind of an empty webpage.
Take the receipt in with you and have them return and re-purchase the games since you are within the return window. That'll knock 20% off all the games and if you bough 2-3 games it will probably pay for the GCU immediately

Just checked mine and Best Buy confirmed I can pick up Falcon tomorrow.
Now hopefully Pit gets restocked tomorrow as well.
I have no received no such emails! Starting to get worried...

No. You cannot checkout. This is an out-of-stock webpage. You can add it to your cart but when you go to checkout there is no store or warehouse that has the item and you cannot check out. It is a meaningless tease.
I don't think that's because she's out of the box. It's more like she was already leaning to the left in the box.
I thought mine was fine until I pulled her out of the box...then I found out she was leaning just a little bit to the left, which was already too much for me.
I'm trying to push her a bit to the right here and there when I look at her, while trying to not break anything while doing it...not sure it'll do anything long term though. Oh well, a man can try. :lol

Things have definitely slowed down since Wave 1 and 2 are out, but will pick up again in a month and a bit for Wave 3 and maybe sooner if there is a Wave 4 announcement before Wave 3 comes out.

Yep there's no reason why it wouldn't I don't think. It looks like Rosalina is OoS now though. Glad I got an order in yesterday. Phew.
If you're still looking both Marth and Villager are still up for Amazon.fr. It's the first option under "other sellers". They aren't listed as the main seller because they are listed as in stock in 2-4 weeks. You can still put an order in though.

Im fairly new to Amiibo collecting, but I am trying to strategically pre-order the ones I feel will be the most rare when Wave 3 hits. King Dedede and Ike are 2 that I think will be hard to find, so I have those pre-ordered.
However, I feel like Sonic and Megaman will be easy to find. Could be wrong though.

Argh, I just got emails from Best Buy that my Pit and Falcon are unavailable for pick up. I'm getting screwed. I even turned down a Pit from a friend cuz I thought I had one already.
Just got my notification that Pit is available for Store Pickup for Best Buy. On the website it just says Available for Pick Up now, but my email states that it is for Dec. 30th. You think I would be able to pick it up today? Or would I still have to wait til tmrw? My order status says it's ready now.

Odds are their system won't let them process the transaction until tomorrow. At least that's what happened when I went to get my Diddy and Zelda when the dates for both on their website were a few days later.

Go today and try to get it. That happened with my Little Mac but when I got there they couldn't find it. They ended up giving me someone else's and I think had I not gone early I would have been screwed.
What are the odds of Pit being available to those who didnt pre-order? (I know, lol, right?)

Also - I just realized there are like 4-5 store exclusives (rosalina, meta knight, etc). Has anyone pre-ordered Meta Knight yet? He is one of my must-haves.

Probably as much as Little Mac and Captain Falcon were on Amazon when they got restocked. So yeah I would be watching like a hawk.

Got Falcon today through Amazon as well, in very nice condition. Now to track down some others...
Well two cost me $42. So 21 each, which is by far cheaper than ebay. One cost something like $28 which is still cheaper than ebay and I would trust amazon.fr over an international ebay seller. I have about 50 percent luck honestly with ebay sellers especially from Japan, half the time the item doesn't even show up.
The computer won't let them process/sell items until tomorrow, right? If anyone goes today let us know if they can process the in-store pickup.
Mine had some nicks on the kneepads and some white powder-y stuff around the jaw/chin (haven't opened it yet, so I don't know if you can just dust it off). Don't know if these are common, but it's worth checking the face just to be sure.
All the exclusive preorders are likely over with. Best Buy and Gamestop had MK and Shulk up for a good while before they finally took them down. Target has been a joke. They had like 2, 30 min windows at 7am EST and they sold out or Rosalina. Best bet is to preorder from Japan or another Amazon.

i doubt that deals with being out the box. I've had mines for about 2 weeks i believe and theres no leaning to the left or anything wrong with it.
whats funny about shulk was that i was holding off from pre ordering it cause i wanted to do it instore that way i can use my credit(the website wont accept it for some reason even though I have $40 worth of credit) and i just said fuck it and pre ordered Shulk and DDD, 2 days later the pre order for shulk is closed. talk about lucky
There's absolutely no hype for amiibos here in Norway. My brother works at a Toys'r'us and just sent me a snap of their amiibo shelf where they still had 3/4 of every amiibo and a basket next to it filled with a lot of them. He told me that before christmas, they only sold Pikachu amiibos because of parents looking for pokemon figurines... He's getting me a Fox today 
Not online, but they still might be in-store. Not sure, might want to run to one and check. Or I guess call and see.
