So surprisingly half the GameStops in my area still have Shulks right now. Think I should bother calling around tomorrow to see if they're still holding all the pre-orders? It's generally just 48 hours, right?

Next time call. I called 8 retailers while in line at toys r us today and finally found an Ike at the 8th.
Saves so much time and effort. If you aren't demanding and just curious when asking them they should be cool about it and look in storage for you so you don't have to drive to every location

Went to TRU this morning and by the time I got there 10 people were already lined up. They didn't get any Sonics in and only 4 Megaman and 2 DDD's. I was hoping to get another Megaman for a friend and DDD for myself but no dice.
Mega Man should be here Monday from Amazon and Sonic sometime in March from Amazon France. I ordered a second Sonic from Target earlier today but I'm not holding my breath on that one. I went ahead and paid $30 for DDD on eBay because I have a feeling he's gonna be really hard to get (most TRU getting 2). The one I'm really nervous about is Meta Knight,I didn't pre order and can't find them in stock overseas,looks like I'll have to pony up for him as well.

Thanks to the Majora's Mask LE, I got a Skull Kid amiibo. Using him in Smash causes the Moon to crash into your exact location in 3 days.
My local TRU (LA) got ~10 in stock today along with ~10 toon links.

A lot of people who pre-ordered and don't stay on top of amiibo news might not have known most GSs got Shulk in on Wednesday (they never texted/called me about it being there) and they might still going by the assumption that 2/13 was the first day Shulk would be available. A number of GS might be holding them longer for that reason. Anyone else who is looking for Shulk can do the web-in-store pre-order for May in the meantime.

Because Target will release a surprise cache of Rosalinas, GameStop will open up pre-orders for all of Wave 4, and Lucario will mysteriously be spotted at 24-hour Walmarts across the country ALL at 3 AM, and all hell will break loose.

I agree. Her and Ike were beaten with the ugly stick this go around..but she definitely took the brunt of the punishment. Ike looks worse after the downgrade but Sheik, to me, looks plain ol half assed
