sadness. I was looking for a shulk amiibo since learning about it. unfortunatly by the time I did gamestop was completely out of preorders.
I really hope they restock shulk. I don't even own anything that can use amiibos. but it's something I loved xenoblade so much, just wanted some memorabilia.

There's a second shipment in May that they've been taking pre-orders for. It was available online for a while, but I believe that is no longer the case. They may still be doing in-store pre-orders though.

Gamestop already did a second run of preorders, more than target or best buy will do.
I have shulk but don't want him. Hopefully I can trade him for a meta knight.
Hard to say with these things, but they already did preorders for a second shipment and that seems to be all gone. You MIGHT be able to preorder one of the Shulks coming out in May if you go into a store and ask to do a Web In Store order for Shulk. They might have some left.

Stores are getting second shipments of some characters. The Meijer I frequent got about 6 more Toon Links after selling out a week ago.

I think if things don't improve with the Amiibos soon, a lot of people are just gonna give up.
As said, waiting in subzero temps at stores before they open and still going home empty handed and having 5 minute random windows for them online is really pushing it when it comes to going through the trouble involved.

FYI, I saw some Meta Knights at Best Buy today they were at customer service behind the counter. Probably on hold for pre-orders. Nothing on the rack. I was trying to get the gamers club unlocked for $30. They can be clueless about it over there. I can't stand going inside that store. Glad I wont have to for the 20% of new releases now. Everything just online.

I'm going insane being unable to find this amiibo for a decent price.Still can't believe my Dad passed up Little Mac back in November, lol. I don't care much for him, but it showed easy to see signs of being a rare even if you don't collect. He said there was only one in the store, and it was the only one he had ever (or would ever) see.

Yeah I'd say uncommon probably. There aren't any in stores around me. But even the fact that there are stores that have 12 sitting there tells me she's not going to be one of the rarest.

My local store had Wii Fit Trainer in stock from launch until early January and for whatever reason I never picked it up. That's passing up a golden opportunity.
Got my Shulk though! He sold out within an hour. Only left with Mega Man of the characters I personally want and he's hovering at only just a little above retail.
Lets get some high class trading going on in here then. I have a NA Little Mac, looking to trade for a Villager. If you have a villager, let's do this.

I have an extra Rosalina amiibo for trade but no one seems to want it. Hopefully I'll be able to snag an extra Ike, King Dedede, or Meta Knight on Friday for trade. Plus I'm gonna see if I can preorder a Shulk amiibo for May at my closest GameStop (doubtful though). Those seem to be sought more as a trade than Rosalina.

It's funny that we have an official amiibo trading thread but it almost never gets used.
I am also wondering if maybe spotting the more rare amiibo at some anime or comic convention for a decent price is looking like the best bet now (from pure speculation).

I use it! Koro and I completed a trade recently, and I spotted it in there. I think everyone simply wants to cover as much ground as possible in case others aren't aware of the trading thread.
Lol I had a dude I work with telling me the Megaman Amiibo in the back was his. Too bad since I already put my name on it since I did preorder it. Also, I work in inventory so the people will always put the amiibo for me first
