Considering Target never had Dedede, Ike, etc, and now they suddenly have the entire wave, I'm considering going at 2 AM for Silver Mario. >___>

I'll 3D print a Diggehmiibo and sell it to everyone for $94889389438439483 with $938948943894389 Diggeh Tax!
Selling Diggehmiibo before he can, $94889389438439482, no TAX
low res art hurt me.

When it says won't be replenished, what exactly does that mean? That can't mean that they won't ever get more in, right?
That's what it means.
Can't wait for ness and jigglypuff to appear at my doorstep so I can be done with this shitshow.
Is target really going to limit people to two amiibos total on the 29th? After showing up Black Friday early that is a sure fire way to get people pissed off

Target never even stocked most of wave 3.
Just checking to make sure, but Dark Pit hasn't gone up for preorder anywhere in the US right?
He hasn't.
Target just seems like the worst place to go to for amiibos.
Lmao the circus never endsAnd on that note.
Total of 2, not just 2 per character. Change your plans folks.

It states limit 2 characters per guest. So I can buy 8 Silver Mario and 25 Jigglypuff, right? That's two characters. 8 of one amiibo, 25 of the second. Two amiibo total.
They need to change this to "one (or two) per character per person." Else we'll have intimidation, parking lot brawls, police intervention...

As I have said before all depends on how it's enforced. Could easy buy two at electronics and then two up front.
Wow so I guess Amazon really did decide to pass up on preorders considering we are now in the week of release with just 5 days to go. I mean even if they were to put them up on Monday (which would mean without a long notice which was promised by a rep), after the time it would take for processing and release day shipping I wouldn't consider it a preorder anymore.
We are living in dark US amiibo times indeed.
My Amiibo collection is basically the UN. Amiibos from all over the world.
I just want a Ness and a Pacman from this round.
Pacman should be easy but the Ness will cost you an arm, leg, or first born.
I don't suppose they have said anything a out having any available in store this Friday, have they?
So what's this about stock not being replenished ever? For Wave 4?

To whom it may concern:
I am writing today to inquire about the availability of a new product in your stores this week with a release date of Friday 5/29. A new group of Nintendo Amiibo toy figures is expected to be available that day.
The weekly advertisement states a "Limit of 2 per guest." I am hoping for clarification on this policy. The problem is, seven new characters are expected in stores, including "Robin, Lucina, Wario, PAC-MAN, Charizard, Silver Mario, and Jigglypuff (Target Exclusive)." For collectors, Nintendo fans, families, etc., this poses an issue. Many people (myself included) will be interested in and intend to purchase at least one of each of SEVEN new characters. To limit guests to TWO total regardless of character is NOT customer friendly. This practice would only serve to discourage potential guests, driving them to other businesses (i.e. Toys R Us) to make their purchases.
While I am glad limits are being imposed to avoid another situation similar to the recent Lilly Pulitzer collection reseller fiasco, it would disappoint me to not be able to give my continued patronage to Target and buy one of EACH DIFFERENT CHARACTER. Having to select two of seven new figures would be like choosing your favorite child. Sure, it could be done, but who should have to?
My hope is that this policy can be clarified and if necessary, communicated to stores and Team Members on any updates. Please let me know if the weekly advertisement text means "limit 2 per character per guest" or "limit two amiibo total per guest."
Thank you for taking your time to address this concern.
I won't be satisfied with the @AskTarget Twitter response. I just sent an email to Target Customer Service:
Fingers crossed for the answer we all want to hear.
Did you seriously compare amiibo to choosing between your children? Wave 4 really is causing people to sink to a whole new level.
