You don't have to be disfigured and sit drooling in a wheelchair all day to be retarded, you know. We had a kid just like this guy in my elementary school class. Really nice guy, but everything just wasn't there. He'd do or say pretty much anything for attention, literally, like this guy's doing in this video. His friends suck.
