Holy shit, that's damn cool.

Emailed the guy to ask this but GAF is always faster.
Does the GameKlip supports the Samsung Galaxy S GT-i9000?

Just ordered 2 of these; one for me and the wife.

Sure it looks odd but seems to work out just fine. Go Go Android gaming.

Mine shipped last week, so when I get it I'll post some impressions.

I'm not sure which one is the i9000, but check his page:
http://wwwthegameklip.com, he's pretty active on XDA as well, and he says he can make custom fits for that it seems.

Currently not, but you can ask. Also, the phone must be compatible with the SixAxis app (which requires root).

Emulation on Android is pretty shit. Most of the decent emulators cost money, and the rest are incredibly buggy and have incredibly shitty compatibility, as well as the paid ones. Get a PSP of some kind if you want emulation on the go for 40 bucks.

The PS1 Emu I am using seems to be fine on GS3 and Transformer. Maybe I have just been lucky with my game selection, since I like JRPG over anything actiony. I use sixaxis controller app on the prime.

NES, SNES, Genesis, Gameboy have all been flawless. N64 I have installed, but haven't really done much outside of booting up a few games.

I have never 'bought' and emu, so I can only speak to the free ones direct from the devs.... nothing from the Google Play store (I think the PS1 was from SlideMe)

Nice, looks like they're expanding the Epic Astro Story idea, that's their game that I liked the most. I remember seeing some Kairo-kun game in the charts for a while now so I guess this is the translation of that.

Does that picture explain how prions work?

Hello, thank you for your support and interest in the GameKlip™! The GameKlip is not available for the GT-i9000 at the moment. I would suggest posting about it on my Facebook page (facebook.com/gameklip) and seeing if other users would be interested! If there is enough demand I would most likely be able to make one for it. Let me know if I can answer any more questions!

Thanks again,
Ryan French

Awww man :(
Gonna post on facebook and xda, maybe I can get enough people who want it too

Is there any game that's similar to pikmin out that is optimized for touchscreens?

If not can the n7 handle GC games, I really want to play the game again but I don't feel like setting up the system just for that.

Just updated Cytus, loving everything about it. If you need a really good rhythm game, go download it! (It's totally free with only one paid option to remove cool downs)... Plus it helps to unlock the next chapter :o

Just tried it. Nice!

Well, specifically for my case, its either this or a laptop. Those NES/SNES/GEN/64 emulators seems to not be that bad in these videos though. I don't mind paying for the app if its the best available and still in development, though if the best one aren't available I don't see any problems rooting mine, I heard it was pretty easy. I love looking at these projects progressing with time. PS1 emulation on the other hand really seems to need some work, but I have no problem waiting for it to get better.

Anybody got the Nexus 7 and tried some of those? I'm really curious with this one. :)

Search Robert Broglia on the Play store, use your $25 Nexus 7 credit to buy the emulators he does (NES, Genesis, GBA, GBC, TG16 etc). They even have a built in WiiConnect option so you don't need a side app for that. You won't regret it - the best in the market.

Emulation on Android is the fucking bomb, but a lot of the free ones can be pretty poorly made...Trust me, you get what you pay for and the guy updates all the time.

My ASUS Transformer is literally my 'emulation station'.

What does "cool down" mean?

I think it means you have to wait for a certain time after you've done a couple of times, not sure since I bought it after one song ages ago.

Where's the option to buy it? I find the menus a bit confusing. The player number also doean't update for me.

Yeah I want to buy Cytus too have no idea where to buy though, would like to give them my money. It's a pretty fun game and new content is always good.

EDIT: Welp, beat the first chapter, went on to chap 2 and it asked me to buy to skip cooldown, so thats cool. Don't get why there'd not an option to just outright buy the game. Oh well

Also it's kinda weird the game isn't featured or anything. Cytus might have the highest review average I've ever seen for a game. I'm looking through top free and can't find it.

I bought kairobotica and the game is pretty poorly optimised, on my n7 it has massive slowdown on the 'pretty' mode whatever its called >.<

That's weird, I've been playing it on my Galaxy S3 on whatever the default graphics setting is and it runs perfectly. But it's not like Kairosoft games are about graphics anyway - I'd just tone down the settings and see if it runs better.

Speaking of which, anyone here who even remotely likes Kairosoft games owes to it themselves to get Kairobotica. It's fantastic.

Also, a note about Cytus: be aware that it definitely lags a little on older machines which can completely throw off your rhythm.

I keep trying these Kairosoft but I just don't "get" them. Which is a shame as a lot of you folks seem to really like them, and I do like the art style they have.

its something that just clicks. i didnt really get game dev story at first, but bought epic astro story on a whim. then i just went back through their catalogue and and went to town. other than the very recent ones(sushi, clothes, and kairo) the only one i havent played is the soccer one.

So I finally played through Wind-Up Knight. Rather average platformer with poor collision detection and poor controls. Still neat that you can play through the entire game without paying anything.

None of the other Kairosoft games I've played really hooked me, but for some reason I'm in love with Kairobotica. Take that as you will.

I bought Cytus!! The suspense was killing me... when's it going to stop me playing...?! Very relieved to see the cool down screen after lots of goes. Later songs are wicked. Great game...!!

So has anyone had the same problem I've had with EA Games? I bought Dead Space and Real Racing 2 on the cheap, but every time I load up the games, they tell me to download a giant patch. Then when I hit OK, it says that something went wrong and to go to support. Going to the support page doesn't yield much.

Anyone know what to do? I'm kinda honked off I gave them money for a product I can't actually use. (Yes, yes I know, EA yadda yadda)

Any Super Monkey Ball type games? Always love those...

What about RTS games like Advance Wars? Anything that's great?

Is there an actual place I can go to see what the top rated games are in each genre? The OP is great, but seems a bit dated at this point.

Try Plants War and Strikefleet Omega

SMB has an Android game on Google Play

Make sure you have enough room for them, they are big content downloads.
