Not interested in the others because you have them, or just not interested? Some of them are quite neat. The Room is all kinds of awesome in terms of atmosphere, but a bit samey as far as puzzles go and quite short. There are a couple of moments of pixel-hunting too.

can you describe/recommend the other games? i have plants vs zombies, and the room seems interesting as well, but I haven't heard anything about the other games.

Is anyone playing Transformers: Legends? It's only a card game, but the art is lovely so I'll stick with it, and I'm looking for allies.

Are there any good flight sims on Android? If not, what are the best arcade flght games?

Oh wow, yeah. But every single comment said that the game wouldn't even load when I checked last night. Guess it needs some serious fixin'.

All right, so I'm always looking for awesome WRPGs.

I have:

KoP&P
Deadly Dungeons
Bard's Tale (runs poorly on my HTC One V)
Quest Lord (buying it now)

Any other suggestions? What's the BEST so far? The go-to? I love old school M&M style games but I'd love some with towns and NPC interactions as well. Something like Mazes of Fate on mobile would be awesome.

Hard to tell if it would be up your alley, but Dungeon Diary might be interesting.

Have you played the old school Bard's Tale games from within Bard's Tale?

Funky Smugglers is awesome. I've had it for a while and it's really good. Has an awesome soundtrack too. Totally funky, yo.

Humble Bundle added Another World, Funky Smugglers, and Raiden Legacy today. As usual, if you bought the Bundle before today, you automatically get them, otherwise they are BTA (along with Metal Slug 3 and The Room) for $5.52.

I already bought Another World on sale a while ago, but have been meaning to buy the other two. Whee!

Tried playing one of the Raiden games today and found the touch controls to be absolutely terrible. It's like I'm moving the ship directly with my thumb, which makes it pretty much impossible to dodge the projectiles.

I don't have a controller yet so can't try it for myself but any chance these are controller-compatable?

I wonder if the rumoured Official Google Controller is coming out.

Actually, I just wish the Samsung Galaxy S4 controller somehow works on my Nexus 4.

I also hope it comes in black. :D

I recently bought a Nexus 4 to replace my original Galaxy S, so now I can finally play some games.

Because I'm an idiot, I ran through the entire thread in the last hour and, while I found a really bunch of games I'll look further into it, I didn't notice any good first persons dungeon crawler (like Doom RPG, Lands of Lore, Legend of Grimrock, to cite a few).

Other than Quest Lord on the page before this one, I guess.

Any other recommendations that use the touchscreen in a decent way?

I might just get the J2ME emulator and play Doom RPG... :D

The Raiden games alone are worth the bundle. Well, there goes my "ewwww, mobile games" attitude, I've been enjoying Super Monkey Ball 2, Sonic Jump, Mini Golf Match Up, Reckless Racing 2 and other games on my new phone. Do I think it's a good replacement for my handhelds? Nope. Do I think traditional games work on touch devices? Nope. But now I have a new gaming platform to enjoy :P

It's so frustrating to see all these potentially interesting mobile games coming out that are free to play. How I wish they'd have two versions, one free with in app purchases and another version you pay for that is balanced right and not to draw money from the player.

Just finished Towelfight 2...

Well, what can I say really? It's like a diet Binding of Isaac, but with ridiculous explosions and a really stupid (but quite funny) sense of humour.

Hefty warning though, I tried to stick with it for an hour using the touch controls before deciding it was too frustrating, then switched to using my PS3 controller with a touch overlay. Instantly increased the playability of the game by a factor of a thousand.

10/10

Damn, Dungelot really gets old fast, doesn't it?

It's a pretty cool game, but it's the second time I'm playing the Lite version, I'm on level 22 with the Vampire, I used my money to upgrade the Life Leeching ability, now I have 208 health at the beginning of each level (thanks to the three health regenerating rings I also found) and... It's mindless tapping now.

Game is pretty good, it's just that there isn't much of a game there.

Dungeon Raid continues to excel at the genre.

anything on play store yet that is similar to Civilization. They seem intent on not releasing civ rev onto it so I was wondering if there is anything similar. I have a Nexus 7.

Cool, I can't use the Amazon App Store.

I swear Android has some incredibly nasty region issues. My phone, currently a ICS phone in most places is officially a 2.3.7 phone here in Mexico - I already fixed that, but now I've found that quite a lot of apps can't be bought from Google Play in Mexico, and well, now I can't buy anything from the Amazon App Store.

Region lock on digital distribution. Awesome.

The Amazon App Store app is region locked? Wtf.

It's fine until you try to give Amazon your money - it won't accept a payment method from countries that are not supported. You're out of luck outside of United States, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, and United Kingdom.

Doesn't Amazon only look for a US billing address though?

The message I got from the app mentioned both - billing address and payment method. Oh, well. I'm still loving my phone :P
