So it's properly sealed and everything for IP67/8, or is it resistant like last year's Pixels which were something low like IP53?It does have water resistance. They just didn't pay for the certification. No 1440p screen sucks though. Still hoping for a 5T with one.

So how's that V30 looking now lol
The Pixelbook will come in Silver, along with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options... The 128GB version will start at $1,199, followed by the 256GB model at $1,399 and the 512GB option at $1,749.
It'll also get additional interactivity, thanks to the official Pixelbook Pen, which will cost $99.

if google's camera didn't have such black magic fuckery i wouldn't even consider this train wreck of a phone.
1200$ USD for a Chrome browser and Google Play Store.
My god, Google has lost the plot.
Honor 8 is getting long in the tooth and I've been trying to hold out for the Pixel, but with the Oneplus 5 being pretty decent and playing with my brothers G8 I just don't know. If I'm going back to the high end range I want something good that isn't a hassle to root and unroot and will last me a year and half/2 years. I can't stand LG and used to love HTC phones but I hear mixed feedback from the U11.
My question is who can I run to gaf? To share this empty space, who can I run to?
Bezels were too big to me last year and they still are.I had no idea the Pixel XL came with an adapter to directly copy over files from your old phone. Seriously, that's fucking useful as hell. This phone is gorgeous, by the way.

Google is definitely going to unveil something at the event to justify that pricing.
more OEM bloatware added top AOSP.
chromecast?
Pixel C likely has nothing to do with this existing since this is an update to the Chromebook Pixel, and I doubt those sold well either. It's just Google wanting to make a high end Chromebook. But yeah, not worth the asking price.Did the Pixel C even sell well enough for Google to think that releasing a $1,200 Chromebook would be a good idea? Why the hell would anybody pay that much money when you could get an iPad Pro or Surface Pro 4 for less.
52 minute real review on Note8
now i know what to watch before bed
I'm not surprised at the Pixelbook price since the Chromebook Pixels had similar prices.
Don't know how this flew under the radar
Axon 8 reveal coming next month.
OnePlus 5 is amazingly easy to root. If you have all the files on your pc from unlocking other phones through adb it only takes a couple of minutes. It took me less than 5 to unlock the bootloader and root my oneplus 5.
The U11 is also very nice, but much wider than the oneplus 5 and seemed pretty fragile. It's also somewhat easy to unlock and root but there are a few extra steps like requesting an unlock key through HTC. Also you have HTC's skin which is kind of ugly.
Don't buy LG phones if you root. They are running processes in the background now to slow down phones that are rooted and they continually put things to block root in updates if root is ever achieved.
Overall if you are planning to root, OnePlus is the way to go with HTC U11 second. The dev community on OnePlus phones will be unmatched elsewhere unless you go Pixel, which is even becoming a pain in the ass to root with their dual partition stuff. Most of the devs have switched over to OnePlus devices since it's taken over the Nexus mantle unofficially.
CDMA or nah?
Thanks. Guess that narrows it for me. Price vs Galaxy will probably push me more. Only apprehension is the jelly effect but seems like no biggie going by some posts. I'll check XDA and see how it is on T-mobile signals.
I'll be damned, I thought ZTE was down with AxonDon't know how this flew under the radar
