Wow. Kids today don't even know who the Animaniacs are. I'm suprised this is being made. :lol

What's with Mike and Joel watching the action?

I wonder why developpers feel like they *have* to use the 2nd screen.
You would have them just leave it completely blank, and crowd up the one used screen even more?

Wheel of morality, turn, turn, turn.

Tell us the lesson that we should learn.
And moral of the story is....

Elvis lives on in our hearts, in his music and in a trailer park outside Milwaukee.

"That makes me feel all warm and squishy... or did I sit in something?"

Animaniacs was such an awesome cartoon! I'm glad to see a DS game; Provided it doesn't suck. :lol

There's just as much reason for an Animaniacs game as there is Popeye or Flintstones, etc. A known brand is a known brand.

If there's an Animaniacs game, there should be another Ducktales game dammit.
And another Chip & Dale game.

I hated that show :( They freaked me out and the dubbing was really bad. "Good idea, bad idea" was funny but that was it for me. Pinky and the brain though... how I loved that show :lol

The game looks boring and has worse than SNES\GBA quality graphics :\

...the only reason this interests me is that it may mean a DVD series release soon.

Course i thought the same thing for tiny toons with the PS1 and GBA game releases...bah.

Good thing it has that huge pause button in the middle of the screen. Because, my start button is so... far away. I can't reach it. Seriously. Bless Animaniacs for finally allowing me to pause a game.

You don't need a huge pause button on the main screen. You also probably don't need those collectible things to show up while you play that much, or else it would already be on the main screen.

I agree that it's a bit pointless to take a GBA game and change it so little to make it a DS game... but given that that's the case you seem to be using a bit of circular logic here. The reason the second screen is unimportant is because if the stuff on it was important it wouldn't be on the second screen? Putting minor things like that on the second screen to make one 256x192 area as clear for gaming as possible makes decent enough sense. I wonder why they don't push down that film and number from the top right of the top screen, though.

And the moral of today's story is:

"If at first you don't succeed, blame it on your parents."

WAKKO: How deep.
YAKKO: I don't know about you, but I'm touched.
DOT: In the head.

I HEAR TELL HE'S A GIANT CHICKEN!
What, you're totally crazy!
"HE'S A CHICKEN I TELL YOU! A GIANT CHICKEN!"
Take him away.

He wears a disguise to look like human guys, but you're not a man, you're a chicken boo!

I like Yakko's expression on the touch-screen. Even he doesn't get the point of having the pause button there.

After games like Kirby, I don't know how this kind of touch screen use should be tolerated.

Bleck, looks like the DS is going to see the same flood of shovelware the GBA did, only this time you can have a needless second screen of information draining your battery life.

Wow, now this is a surprise. This game was singlehandedly coded by a close friend of mine here in Sweden. For Gameboy Advance. In 2001.
