No, that's a totally different game, done by a british team. I actually had a look at it on a visit at the studio, and it was hilariously bad. This game ("Lights, Camera, Action!") was supposed to be released a while after the british one, but it seems both were cancelled eventually.

Tiny Toons: Buster Busts Loose > all

up until a year ago i'd have agreed with you...but Buster's Nightmare for the GBA is too damn good. A game that plays like a sidescrolling Rakugaki Showtime with an integrated dual character control setup...winner in my book. the fact that it was made by TREASURE of all people certainly doesn't hurt.

Shame it never got a US release to my knowledge.

This reminds me of the time Brain became a beloved children's TV icon, then froze himself for 30-ish years so the adults of the world would love and follow him. Hmm....
