Since these threads seem to be popping up a bit as of late I figured I'd go with the flow.
Lately I've found myself getting a little doughy, as I don't have much time for activities with my work and all. However, I do want to get back into shape. Are sort of recommended ways are there to do this for someone with only an hour or so per day to spare.
