Sunlight having an effect on your mental state is nonsense?

There are far more things at play than just "sunlight" when this type of thing occurs. Scandinavian countries are some of the most peaceful in the world, and the people are immensely satisfied with their lives for the most part, happiest people in the world, and the region has intensely long periods of darkness.

People use lack of sunlight and cold weather as a scapegoat when there's always, and I mean always, far more complex aspects of the story to examine than fucking weather when people lose it. It's just so pedestrian.

Its not you, it's just I live in a very cold, peaceful place with strikingly little daylight, (never been happier), and I'm so tired of hearing this nonsense when it's just so bereft of facts. Look at the hottest places in the world that get the most sunlight.....they tend to be the most dangerous. It's weird how people never mention that, they always just take shots at cold places, which tend to be the most peaceful. It's just, it's tiring is all.
