Any allergy/sinus medication that's safe to take with alcohol?

I don't mean to alarm you but you have dogs on your face
Usually I get allergies (or whatever it is) around early spring or so, which results in stuffed/runny nose, etc, but this year it's lasted all year long, and I don't know wtf that's about. Anyway, that's a whole other topic. I usually take Tylenol Sinus & Allergy, but I've heard that Tylenol is dangerous to take with alcohol because each alone can damage your liver in excess, but together they can be very dangerous. I bought some Advil A&S pills, but there's a similar warning on the back. Is there anything that's safe to take if you plan on drinking?

Tylenol is bad because it contains acetaminophen (so do most painkillers) but I don't think it's a problem unless you use the two constantly. Ibuprofin is bad because it thins the protective coating of the stomach. How does pseudoephedrine work for you? It doesn't have any side affects besides drowsiness.

you can take this and drink
