Anyone got an XBL 2 month card they'd be willing to give me?

I'm getting a year subscription for Christmas, but I'm getting Halo 2 tomorrow.

Anyone have an extra two month card that I can use until Christmas?

Yea, yea, I know. With Halo 2 being out, you're probably going to laugh at me. It's worth a shot though, and who wouldn't want to kick my ass on XBL?

So anyhow, if anyone has an extra card they wouldn't mind giving out, can you PM me?

Thanks.

I hope so. A friend of mine from work is getting a Xbox Live year starter kit from his wife for Christmas, and was hoping to use a 2 month card from Halo 2 until then.

Rockman if you really need one, I think I still have a 2 month card in my MK Deception case.

That would be great :) I'm not going to be buying Halo2 just yet and would like to tinker around with the xbox live arcade stuff plus put in a few hours of capcom vs snk 2 :P

I have a question regarding XBOX live. When you buy the Starter Kit (12months) you don't need to pay anything until the year is up correct? Meaning all i would do is setup XBOX Live and play, no CC info etc? Any help would be appreciated.

You have to give them your credit card info when you first sign up. You get charged $50 right away for the first year IIRC. Microsoft also won't ask if you want to renew and will automatically charge you for $50 every year until you call them up to cancel.

um...if you buy the year kit I don't believe it works this way. It comes with a year membership, just like the stand alone card...there's no charge until your clearly stated expiration date.
