My girlfriend has it. It keeps putting up an away message that says "Friends Forever" and has a link to a .scr file on a website. Ad-Aware and Norton are updated and have been used, no luck.

Also, have you tried SpyBot? And are you Ad-aware and Norton definitions updated?
