Get the direct URL to the .swf from looking at the Page Source, then use a download manager to download the .swf directly. - works for me.

Ok, for some reason all I get is a black window frame when I rip the the flash from here:

If I paste the url into a browser, it plays fine though. Im not very good at this. Can someone lend a hand?
