Ozempic I’m on for about 3 months I’ve lost 28 pounds. It just creates portion control. I still want a very light breakfast like an apple or banana or yogurt. Lunch a sandwich. Dinner is generally half or a third of what I would’ve normally ate.
If I overeat I will feel bloated and nauseous so I don’t reach that point. I CAN go a whole day off nothing but a handful of peanuts and be totally full but that’s not realistic for when I reach my goal. I still want to eat good food but reprogram myself on how much I consume.
Aside from 3AM stomach cramps that lead to insane sweaty diarrhea shits I’ve been fine.
