There was a minigame on the saturn versions of Quake and Duke 3D that was a lot like this game called Death Tank.

If you had a Quake save on your Saturn and you had Duke 3D Death Tank Zwie was unlocked. That game was fun as hell.

Powerslave also had Deathtank on it, but required a cheat to play.
