Apprentice 3...

Fucking Yahoo

In their Apprentice game I had John picked to win it all

So before the show I go to review my picks for this week and it says

"You're fired, your finalist pick has been fired, please pick a new one"

Something like that

DAMN SPOILER YAHOO IS!

And lil kim is an alien ewww

and they had 2 Canadian bands, that was odd

And Gene Simmons is a creep

:lol @ Yahoo Spoiler

Yeah, Gene Simmons was trying to act like a rocker, but he just came off as a dirty old man.

John did great early on this season, but I think everything started going to his head. As soon as the editing started to portray John as a sexist, I knew he was going to get fired. That's Mark Brunnet signature with his shows. As soon as someone is portrayed as sexist or makes overly bold statements, then they almost immediately get the axe.

Also Trump gave a pretty lame reason not to have a reward for the winning team. Sucks for them. :lol

Hehe, the boardroom was pretty intense tonight. I had no idea who was going to get the boot.

Erin was almost safe until she opened her big mouth. Now all the eye candy is gone from the show.

Craig really surprised me with his performance. Before I thought he was riding coattails, but now I think he deserves to be there.

Erin said something to the effect to Trump that he didn't have to listen to the two boadroom advisors (who were supporting the project manager and seemed to be against Erin), as kind of smart-alicky "cute" joke. It didn't go over too well :p :D Hoorah! She deserved to to get fired though I guess all 3 of those people probably deserved to get fired. Craig really didn't get the support from his team that he deserved. It would have been nice if they had shown his team apologize for being so negative towards his storage container [don't call it a box! ;)] idea.

I'm watching this for the first time in two weeks. This season has been the pits. Anyhow this episode seems to be pretty tense with the two dudes almost fighting.

In this week's Ep, did anbody think it was very strange for Trump to all of a sudden bring up dominos hamburger pizza this week for no reason whatsoever, then it cuts to a Domino commercial.... Here's the article that explains why.

It's really starting to get tough to tell the difference between the commercials and the actual show. They'd better be careful, they're about to cross the fine line.

This seasons is pathetic.

I've heard people express that part of the draw of reality tv is watching idiots and people who fail... but I can't stand it. I like watching people who knock shit out of the park. I want a CLOSE and BURTAL competition.

If I was The Donald I wouldn't want to hire ANY of the reamining contestants. =P

The final 2 will be Tana and.....someone else. Maybe Kendra, although her editing is starting to take a negative turn with her passive "I know nothing about it, don't ask me" routine reminiscent of Erin. Bren has rebounded, but he hasn't always done a great job as leader. Chris will be fired the next time he is in the board room, or be the first one fired out of the final 4 if he happens to luck out and be on a winning team that far. Trump has a hard on for Alex for some reason, but I fail to see what this whiny metrosexual has done that's so impressive: "Stephanie, Stephanie, Chris THREATENED me. I'm SCARED!" Craig........maybe, I dunno. He did a good job on that box task, but besides that.......well, that being said, none of them are that impressive, so he's pretty good by those standards I guess.
Tana would not be a bad winner at all. She has done well, and seems to lead forcefully without being a whiner or a raging bitch, which are traits they unfortunately seem to look for when they cast women for this show (see=last season).

Oops, I guess it's not the finale. The Live show is next Thursday. I guess the Apprentice ratings are now too low to do a 2 hour show.

Doesn't matter because Kendra has it locked up pretty much. Tana didn't come off well at all after her task. While it was pretty much butter for Kendra.

This show has taken a dive since the first season.

Yeah I'm still watching. Neither of these gals deservere the job. I can think of several that were fired in previous seasons that are better than the final pair here. It seems the quality of contestants get worse and worse with each season.

I stopped watching after John got fired. The last few episodes always follow the same pattern anyway. Final challenge starts, producers make up problems for them to deal with, fake cliffhanger ending, canidate comes through, someone gets hired.

I kind of got hooked on it in the final four weeks or so... all I can say is if Tana gets hired, there are some serious issues.

I didn't watch the second apprentice, and while I don't think this season is as good as the first, I think it's been alright. And from what I have seen I think Kendra will be OK, even though I first thought she was just an immature whiner...

I am placing my bet on Kendra right now....

She totally had the support of her team, and I am still annoyed at the way Tanna treated her team, and man did she fuck up that task with the 2012 Olympics....

For me, one of the big reasons this show has taken a turn for the worse, is the constant advertisment of products during the actual show . This finale is a prime example ; Trump pimps everything he is working on, plus the sponsors that worked with the show . Its just too much .

As the show went off the air he plugged "The Apprentice" Broadway version or some crap ... final nail in the coffin for the show .

see the problem is, when the show first started, he didnt really have creative control, so the finale was made to look like the boardroom and then when he said ur hired, u knew it was live and in the SNL studio...

Then when he had control in S2 and S3, they went crazy.... S2 finale was like 3hrs long... at least S3 was 1hr. I still enjoy the show, but its on the way down....

I dont know what makes Survivor seem so fresh to me every season but whatever it is The Apprentice doesnt have it. It got old quick.

Well it was pretty obvious that Kendra would win. The producers had been pimping Kendra for the last 3 episodes.

As for the Apprentice decline, I think the second season killed it. The second season wasn't horrible, but clearly several things went wrong.

1). Almost none of the contestants seemed qualified to run one of Trump's companies compared to the first season. The women in particular in the second season were horrible. It seems the second season they were just casting for personalities.

2). Trump also got even more full of himself (if that's possible). His firings started to make less sense as it seemed he made a lot of decisions just to stir up drama. It ended up giving the show less credibility. He also started to let the contestants influence his decisions. Teams were literally trying to vote people off and Trump fell for it on several occasions.

3). The sponsorships started getting out of control. The first season had a couple, but you didn't have the entire show sucking up to a corporate sponsor. By the second and especially the third season, it's hard to tell the difference between the commercial breaks and the actual show.

Season 3 was actually better than season 2. Issues 1 & 2 were better however the corporate sponsors got much worse. Also, season 3 followed much too closely to season 2. Even though this season had an interesting concept, virtually no anticipation was built.

Hopefully the ratings decline (over 40%) will humble them some. The show wasn't suppose to be a run-of-the-mill reality drama, but now it's become one.

I agree 100% with what you said. I mean S1, I was glued to my seat to see who would win what task, and they were all real world tasks. I think like you said, only a couple of the tasks had corporate sponsorship. S2 sucked. I didnt care about anyone. I didnt care if I missed an episode. Then the finale was like 3hrs long. That is crazy, that had Trump written all over it. S3 was better, but not much. I cared for the contestants a little more, but again, every task was a corporate one. Burger King this, Domino's That. It was crazy. At least the finale was only 1hr. Now, I read that S4 all the contestants were hand picked by the Donald himself, and not the casting people... However I still think when it was the end of S1 and it was Bill and Kwamee in the boardroom, and u didnt know it was live until he said you're hired and the walls came apart and they were on the SNL set, I thought that was good. Not this mock Courtroom setup they had in S2 and 3. Oh well... enough ranting, hopefully S4 will be better.
