so I have a legit question.

We keep differenciating "casuals" from "hardcore" fans. But if every arena out there is booing Roman, or popping for Nakamura, or whathave you, the shit that the "hardcores" would do, doesnt that mean the "casuals" watch that at home and go "well if those fans are doing that I guess thats what I have to do"?

edit: wait did...did Matt really do his Jericho podcast all in character? lol >_<

Maybe hardcores are just more likely to be go to TV shows and casuals more likely to go to house shows?

Orlando is a traditionally smarky crowd, much like Chicago and Brooklyn

But overall yes, it's very easy for fans in the arena to jump on whatever a loud group is doing.

Not necessarily. I think the hardcore fans, for the most part, have influence on who people cheer but not so much on who people boo.

Also, there's a split there, there are those who would cheer because he's cool and good looking, those who would cheer only because everyone else is booing (salt lovers) and the ones that would follow the majority, as specified in your example.

Supposedly Reigns is one of the most cheered guys at house shows. Its only when the cameras are on and fans think they're 'supposed' to boo him that it happens.

Not that belts really mean shit anymore, but I could a pro-longed story of Randy, Bray and Harper happening. Plus they've been building their other golden boy Corbin for a few months now.

Pop and hopefully a good program with Miz who feels slighted by having his Cena sendoff be ruined by a newcomer who needs to prove himself to an A-list star.

Nope, but Orton and Bray is still a thing, then Roman will be added to it. I can see that lasting a few more months. Then it will be Roman vs Randy for a few months and then they will be building the Brock vs Roman for a few months. I can 't see Nak being near the scene, he will more then likely fued Corbin for the belt.

I guess, but i'm thinking you guys are overthinking it a bit maybe? Wrestling promos are never that deep

if it meant anything I think Miz would've said something like "BOY I WONDER WHO COULD CHALLENGE ME, I WONDER IF THERE'S A GUY BACK THERE WHO COULD CHALLENGE ME, INTERUPTING ME RIGHT NOW WOULD BE KINDA RUDE"

I mean, they already ran that segment with Tye and Hawkins. It's probably to start a program with Miz, one of the better Heels on the show.

reminds me of Iron Fist where, even tho it was clearly established on Daredevil that The Hand are Japanese and Madame Gao and her drug empire were Chinese, in Iron Fist they just fucking meshed everything together.

I guess "its asian" is enough >_>
