Tbh I stopped playing Puppeteer back in the day hoping for a PS4 version... ended up completing it years after release.

A lost gem I should say...

Bloodborne is my main one. But this was back when the remake/remaster was heavily rumored. Then I just never touched it again. Guess I will soonly cause it's clear that isn't happening, at least anytime soon, lol.

MGS1 is my fav game and i wished that- it would have been remastered over 3 first.
That being said- i did buy the collection and am avoiding 1 in hopes of hearing about a remaster shortly after 3 is released.

Dumb i know.

Still haven't played RE7 because I wanted to play it in VR, but not with PS2-level gfx (PSVR1) thus I waited for the PSVR2 version.
Still waiting.

Also haven't played RE8 yet because I don't want to play it before RE7.

Nope.

Life is fragile, so I rather just do whatever I want whenever I can.

Playing God of War Valhalla has me yearning for a God of War 1 and 2 remake.

The Greek trilogy was much better than the Norse saga. A much more memorable and epic experience.

Max Payne for me. I tried to replay it a couple years ago, but I couldn't get used to the controls and movement. I'm looking forward to the remasters/remakes that Remedy is working on.

Yes: Silent Hill 2, and it was a good decision, imo. My only regret is having spoiled myself on the story sometime in the past 30 years of being a video game fan.

Metal Gear Solid, Parasite Eve and Dino Crisis. There's more but these are the two I remember at the moment. Never played them before but would like to try them when some RE2-RE4 Remake level budget remakes comes later in the future.

I bought a sex doll, but I keep it inflated 100% of the time and use it like a regular wife
Still holding out hope we an Asura's Wrath remaster. I don’t need it to have much, just higher resolution and 60fps.
Played it on the emulator. 4k/60fps, short load times and all the story content. Amazing experience and honestly, Capcom are fucking dumb for not remastering it for PC and modern consoles, they are sitting on a pile of money imo.

Game got a lot of hate on release for being a QTE fest but honestly, nowadays QTEs aren't so common so I believe the game would be better received.

No as it make zero sense to wait just for bells and whistles.
That's the case most of the time but there are the rare cases in which it's 100% worth the wait. Imo System Shock is one of those.

I wish remasters and remakes were more about gameplay mechanics rather than just graphics. Why remaster a cool game? Gimme a remaster of a flawed gem instead that polishes it's wrongs, now that'd be cool.

No. I'm not a fan of remakes and remasters unless it's a game that's difficult to play otherwise. Something that came out this generation or last generation isn't something that I think needs to be redone in the first place.

Closest thing I can think of is I was going through some boxes and I stumbled across some old games. "Hey, Shadows of the Damned for 360! I haven't played this since it came out... I bet its backward compatible on Series X." I put it on the entertainment center intending to install it in a few days... and it happened to be right around that time when they announced the remaster. So, I never did install it. In fact the 360 case is still sitting there to this day. The remaster was a perfect addition to my Halloween Month line-up this year.

For a full on remake or remaster? No. But I have put off playing some games with PS5 Pro support confirmed that I had either bought just before the reveal or had pre-ordered. So in that sense I could say yes.

Does it work on Series X? I was surprised to find out Lollipop Chainsaw doesn't, and I didn't get that remake because it cuts a lot of the original content.

I stopped my replay of Horizon: Zero Dawn back in 2021 because the graphics didn't hold up.

It was the right call, since the newly released remaster is as much beautiful for today's standards as the original Zero Dawn was in 2017.

Not sure if this counts as I had beat the base game (still havent touched the DLC as at that time, saves were locked) once years ago on console and put off wanting to replay it, but The Witcher 3 on PC.

It was promised a "next gen" update for a long long time so I waited a good year and a half. Now it's got the updates I still haven't played it as I'm no longer in the mood, so I kinda messed up and dont think I would wait again unless its a very old game and the remake would drastically change it.

Resident Evil: Code Veronica
I just KNOW it's going to happen.
That and the original is jank with how absurd the amount of backtracking and item management you have to put up with.
With hope, a remake fixes all of those issues with an overhaul.
Yeah this is a good one, I never really played more than an hour or so of the original and I likely won't go back to it unless there is a remake.
