BTW OP, why isnt the gym working for you?

Whats your goal? What are you doing? If youve been at it 6 months you should be seeing improvements.

Diet is more important than the actual workout. I would see a nutritionist, if you cant do that their is plenty of shit to lookup online.

Dude, when this is over, go to a whore or something. Dedicate part of your income to that. Become a regular. Go twice a month or once a week.
