Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack announced for PS4/PS5, NS1/NS2 and PC (releases November 13, 2025)

Nice! I liked the first game (enough that I even bought all the DLCs) but never got around to playing the other ones. There's little chance the entire game(s) will be on the card for the Switch 2 though, so if I do get them it'll probably be on Steam.

Maybe play-asia will come through for us for true a physical version.

Also, I expected Thick Thighs Save Lives Thick Thighs Save Lives to be the first one to post about this lol
It's morning here in the EU, so I was still asleep when it was posted. :messenger_grinning_sweat:

I really hope they give us some upgrade paths though, since I have all three Ryza games on Switch 1 already.

The only way I'd consider rebuying them for SW2 is if they bundle all of them on one cart (I somehow doubt they'll do this though).

So there's a Japanese physical release, but no Switch 2 SKU, only SW1, which doesn't have EN language support. I might import the Japanese PS5 physical edition if all the games are on the disc(s).

I haven't decided anything yet though, as I'll wait for news on the Asian physical release as well.

Launches Nov 13. Going to ask a mod to update the thread title.

An unseen summer awaits.

Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack is coming to PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™ 2, Nintendo Switch™ and Steam® on November 13th, 2025.

This title is a definitive collection featuring all three titles from the "Secret" series. This Deluxe Pack will include exclusive content such as new playable characters and new story elements for each of the three titles.

It's almost as if...they know the exact right people to say "fuck you" and try to piss off.

Upgrading from "Atelier Ryza," "Atelier Ryza 2," "Atelier Ryza 3" to "Atelier Ryza DX," "Atelier Ryza 2 DX," "Atelier Ryza 3 DX" is not supported. Additionally, save data, trophies, and DLC cannot be transferred.

This title has two versions: Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. The game content is identical, but save data and other data can't be transferred (not compatible). Please avoid duplicate or mistaken purchases.

If you already own the PS4® version of this game, you can get the PS5® digital version at no extra cost and you do not need to purchase this product.

  • Owners of a PS4® disc copy must insert it into the PS5® every time they want to download or play the PS5® digital version.
  • PS4® game disc owners who buy the PS5® Digital Edition disc-free console will not be able to get the PS5® version at no extra cost.

i blame myself for getting impatient and bought Ryza 1 with expansion pass , nowdays i will wait patiently for DX versions for every Atelier series

Btw, the original Ryza releases will be delisted in Nov.

Koei Tecmo has announced that the original releases of the Atelier Ryza trilogy, namely Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends and the Secret Fairy, and Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, will become delisted in November 2025.

How much are we expecting these to cost? 70$ for the trilogy? Or are they re releasing individually at full price ?

Looks like every Ryza DX release will be getting a physical edition. The price is €50 (VAT included) for the standard edition at PlayAsia, so it should be cheaper if you're in the US. Plus, VGP will also open pre-orders for the Multi-Language JP version soon.

Dang, me too on learning to wait. My fault for buying 1 and 2 + expansion pass for 1.

Eh, I have plenty to play for now, will pick the trilogy up via Steam or something during a sale next year.

Few questions here:

- I only played the Arland trilogy back in the PS3 days, I even got the platinum trophy in Rorona vanilla because I liked the characters and the events, and the general chilly vibe. Was planning to play Ayesha next, but life shitted on me during that period and I've never got the chance to explore the series more. Do you think I will like Ryza? I know there are no time limits in these games and I've seen some gameplay on YT, I noticed the thick thighs :messenger_grinning_smiling: and the active time battles, but is there something else I should know?

- Is there even any remote chance that the PS5 physical editions are going to be released in the West, as far as we know and predict? Is the premium box a limited print?

- Your experience with VGP? Do they use proper packaging? Shipping would be from CA to Italy, so this is important.

Ty in advance!

The games aren't something I would play in any sort of near future, but it's good to see more physical titles being released.

VGP shipping to US at least has always been solid but I have never ordered a large special edition box from them.
