No, the developer, Mundfish, did not move to Cyprus. From what I can tell they are still operating and developing in Moscow, ruzzia. Mundfish also have exclusivity deals with VK in ruzzia with a CEO under US sanctions. Also worth noting is that they are also backed by Tencent, Gaijin (who btw bought ads on an anti-Ukrainian YT channel to be shown in "DPR" / occupied Ukraine), and GEM (ruzzia). Mundfish said nothing about their country's war and genocide in 9 months following the invasion. Make of that what you will, I'm not gonna tell anyone what to feel or do about it.
