The Manhattan aunt who sued her young nephew for breaking her wrist when he leaped into her arms at his birthday party wont be getting a cent, a jury ruled Tuesday.
The 54-year-old woman had been seeking $127,000 from the youngster, who was the only defendant in the lawsuit.
Connell, a human resources manager, called her nephew a very loving, sensitive boy who still needs to be held accountable.
She told jurors last week that she walked into the party March 18, 2011, when a 50-pound Sean spotted her and screamed: Auntie Jen, Auntie Jen!
All of a sudden he was there in the air, I had to catch him, and we tumbled to the ground, Connell told jurors.
I remember him shouting, Auntie Jen I love you, and there he was flying at me.
Connell said the broken wrist still gives her problems even now.

You can't make this shit up. Who in their right mind sues for this? Jury unanimously sided with the 8-year-old (now 12-year-old) thankfully.
