I don't think so, because a lot of the characters are different qualities. However, you could be right.

Yeah, it was a swap, just with silly, low-quality additions. Which somehow makes it worse.

Indeed it is. There are a few characters that have been sloppily added (Stitch, Mickey, Perry, and the Pooh cast), but that's the same ol' poster.
Note that by the look on her face, Jasmine was really into Stitch.

As pony fanfics go, it's not the weirdest one, I've heard it's pretty good once you overcome the obvious crack crossover idea. No, there are much worse pony fan fiction around. Much worse.
Free tip: Don't search for "Cupcakes". Unless you like gore and ponies. Yes there is also fanart of it, and no, I'm not posting that.
Serious question: Is this fantasy where real life canibalism stems from? There is apparently tons of "eat ur buddy" fan fic out there. The notion doesn't strike me as too different than what drove the Rothenburg Canibal for example.
