Baking chicken breast is a pain in the ass

I do em from frozen and just wrap them loosely in tin foil, throw them in the oven for about 25 minutes.

The bit of ice on them helps to steam them a little and they always come out juicy enough.

edit - then if I'm having them plain like that I sprinkle a bit of seasoning stuff on them (msg mainly)

Why do it like breast? I always buy breast because it's cheaper, but then I slice it in steaks, pass them on seasoned flour (salt, pepper and garlic powder) and fry them (the flour keeps it from drying inside).

Get an air fryer. I picked one up at Costco for $75. I coat some thighs or drumsticks in a southwestern spice blend and a little olive oil. 12 minutes per side at 400 degrees and they come out perfectly seasoned and juicy with a slightly crispy skin. Very low effort and my drumsticks were a hit on Thanksgiving.

Finely chop two cloves of garlic, thinly slice your chicken breast. Bit of oil on medium heat in a frying pan, add the chicken slices when it's hot with a touch of salt and pepper. Fry until the chicken gets that lovely golden colour. Lightly toast two slices of bread then butter them, spread HP sauce on one then add the chicken and you have the greatest sandwich known to the human race. Thank me later.
