The issues arent that bad to warrant affecting a review. I agree there are things that should be fixed like the server finder. But the game side is easily the best online game i have played.

There is no Xbox 360 version of Battlefield 2. The Battlefield game on the Xbox 360 is Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, which is also being released on the Xbox and PlayStation 2. They are two different games I believe.

I wouldn't go by the Vietnam debacle as a precedent. That was a completely different team within Dice. Judging by the demo and the response of the preview builds this will be a much smoother ride out of the box.

The browser is shit, yes, but it's not enough to hate the game. It's something that will be patched within a few weeks I bet. I haven't played with the control menu because I feel the default controls work well. The graphics are hardly bad and it runs well. I'm at 60FPS all the time with no slowdowns on medium. I could probably push it higher, but I'm fine where it is.

Also, the red teammates glitch needs to go NOW. I got kicked off a server tonight because I had a -22 score. Fuck that, they were all red and shooting at me!

....I have NO idea how you keep getting this over and over. I've only experienced something similar once. -22? Good lord...

I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but damn you have bad luck.

I have experienced the Red Allie glitch, but thankfully only once. Stupid glitch~!

i think that glitch happens on certain servers only. (not sure why i think this... its just been my experience that some servers never have this problem)

dont quote me, but i read on some BF2 forum that the glitch is caused by servers that allow 64 people to play on a 32p map.

dunno how true this is.
