They are never balanced and the average player doesn't want to learn how to play them so they are quickly empty with no players. Waste of time and resources.
Just stick with conquest, rush, and BF1 style operations.

After the mess that was BFV and the bad PR around that game, i don't have much hope it will be any good.
But it's way too early to judge so i keep monitoring what DICE will do with BF6. Just hoping it won't be a GaaS-title because DICE clearly showed they can't do it right. It's insane to me to even have to say this, but i prefer the old model for a BF game (premium, 5 DLC packs).
The lack of content and updates, scrapped content (5vs5 mode, Firestorm updates, maps), balancing chaos (fudging around with TTK 2 times despite players say they didn't like it) and the horrible ingame store for the Fortnite audience really killed BFV for me.
I'll keep playing BF4 until BF6 gets released.
