What brand?

I'm a Coors man myself. Cannot stand the taste of Miller. But I'll drink Bud on occasion.

Corona does taste like piss, but it's palatable with lime. When i realized this was the only way to drink it and it was expensive for what it was, i stopped buying it.

The few times i have a drink at lunch, it's usually a gin martini or vodka and something. Beer selection is too limited and sucky at most places i frequent, aside from Guinness Stout which is generally too heavy as a lunch beer.

Bite your tongue. Guinness has fewer calories than most regular lagers. It's also good for you. Drink more Guinness!

i don't care about calories. i'm saying that it's got more body than most American beers, so you tend to feel fuller. Not good when i only have 30 minutes for lunch most of the time.

It's all in your head. Try out an experiment next time. One day drink regular beer, the next day drink Guinness. Keep everything else the same.

I can drink at lunch time, makes me sleepy for the rest of the day :'(

Yes, that's the whole point. I've been in no mood to actually work since coming back to my desk.

You sir, have excellent taste. Easily my favourite draught beer.

Yes it's quite good, not to mention the post-beer colon cleansing properties it has. I find I have really good dumps the day after drinking Rickards.

never worked at a place that I could do beer on lunch.

favorites, well.. I have none. I really love most any beer. Favorite types maybe a nice dople bock or a nice smooth red. We have a regional brewer Lienenkugel's which makes a nice red.

:lol yay for Edmonton's Alley Cat beer ^_^ I've actually never tried it, but I like imports the best.
In terms of local Alberta, I drink Big Rock Traditional and I think it's brewed in Calgary. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good ale.

God, canned American piss-ners. You tasteless little toadfarts.

For me, it's Fat Tire at lunch, or a good hef.
Fat Tire is a staple of our summer barbecues and camping trips.

The bomb is an understatement

actually my comic shop just moved, and coincidentally like two store fronts away from a home brewing supply store.. may take a look into it.

Newcastle Brown Ale, good any time of the day.

I do miss my old lunch spot. They used to get my drink ready the instant I out my coat over my bar stool.

I love lunch beer. but I'm screwed when I get back to work, so I almost never do it. 2 beers with lunch = goodbye productivity.

It's funny because all we serve at work is Big Rock, yet I've never tried one. Out of all the bottles I've opened in my life, most have been Big Rock :p

Either way, I don't think I'd be so much a fan of Trad., I'm more into light beers, like their Grasshopper.

The last time I had a beer at lunch, I got fired for having alcohol on my breath.

With that being said, I love a nice, cold, Budweiser or Coors.

I like a nice Magarita with lunch, backed up by a Mexican beer w/ lime.

You might not be too productive after returning to work...

Good, I can actually call it "Trad". Anyway, me and my friends realized last summer that Big Rock can't let us down. I enjoy every one of their brews.

Oh man yes. I love this stuff! Had it at a party a couple months ago and couldn't get enough of it. The regular kind that is, not the shitty pear version.
