Yeah, so I finally got my HP Spectre x360 today and it blew me away. I loved it, but unfortunately it was defective. The space bar wouldn't hardly work at all. So I was wondering... If you return something to BestBuy.com and list it as defective, do you receive a replacement? I don't want a refund, because I got the laptop on sale and now it's $300 more and that would be terrible.

I've never had an issue bringing something back to Best Buy for a replacement or alternative (did it like 5 times when shopping for TVs)

No they usually honor the price you bought it at and or give you a direct replacement

TVs are two weeks. I dunno about laptops, but in my experience they're pretty chill about it as long as you're not a serial abuser.

If you have a best buy account and your purchase is logged in the system, you can look up all your previous orders and it'll tell you what the return window is.
