Okay, so let me ask out in the open:

What is the best router brand?

And what is the best router out right now, supporting online gaming? Is it wireless?

I currently have Linksys Wireless G (Broadband Router) Model WRK54G

But for some reason its not working with my Comcast service, and its not working with my cousin's wireless G adapter for laptop.

I'm also getting ready for Xbox 360.

I have a D-Link G604T but Dunno if its any good, my ISP just sent it to me. It has wireless but I have'nt tried any consoles on it yet.

well as long as the router passes the traffic to your cable/adsl modem and you can easily forward ports, why would there be any diff?

Because D-Link is more often the garbage brand versus say, Netgear or Linksys.

I've heard that too but mines has had no problems and Port Forward for Torrents easy.
